Project Description

The Authority of Infrastructure Financing proposes the rehabilitation of offices for the Secretary Area and Viewing Halls on floors 1 (plaza level) and 8 for Energy Commission of Puerto Rico located in the World Plaza Building.The project consist on interior improvements to the facilities providing better quality of materials and maximize the use of space.

Secretary Area (plaza level) includes Secretary Office, station Deputy Secretary, waiting room, information area, filing area, stations for administrative assistants, meeting room, correspondence area, copier area, area files inactive records, files area active files and view room.
The Hearings Hall (8th floor) includes hearings rooms (multipurpose), Commissioner podium area, recording area, commissioners room and storage area for chairs and tables.
