The project is conceived as a medium density residential complex that blends city life within an urban context, consists of 1,800 residential units. It complies with the desire of the Ministry of the Presidency and the Commission Retrofitting for Barquita to supply the demand for housing in the Capital City, densified lots that are currently unused and, in turn, it would be conveying new life into the sector. The proposal was developed to create urban spaces and recreational spaces, interlocking different buildings with the surrounding environment, the community and nearby neighborhoods.
