The project consisted of construction management and inspection services for the construction of a new library building and a new parking building additions to the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico. The planning and monitoring of the work done in this construction management assured to maintain quality control over all the tasks performed. Our team analyzed all control of itineraries, claims by the contractor, cost analysis, change orders and the entire process of completion of the project, such as endorsements of permits for the project, final certification, documents and delivers satisfactory entire project.
