The Ocean Plaza is a mid-rise residential condominium complex, consisting of eight elevator cores with 76 dwelling units, in addition to parking areas and recreational facilities. Because of its location on a mountain-site lot, the project required rezoning and variations to applicable rulings and demanded major site (civil) planning. Integra performed all permit procurement and design duties; Integra’s sister company, IG Builders, managed the construction.
