The project consisted in a new beach-front residence complex with actractive recreational facilities in Loiza. The facilities included a club house, sea gazer, contemporary gym, multi-purpose rooms and pools, among other ammenities like: children water park pools, bleach-like pool, controlled access and seciurity, tennis court, basketball court, children passi park, mini goulf course, jogging trail, bikelanes, and beach volleyball arenas. The lot had a capacity of 142,974.036 square meters
