The Village is a high rise residential building located in Hato Rey. Estimated at $20,000,000, the Project’s main feature is the Villa Fernández Paz, a historic building, which was restored and incorporated in the Project as the main recreational facilities and lobby of the residential tower. The tower has 84 residential units, concierge service and recreational facilities. Integra was involved in the design phase, construction documents, cost estimate, permits procurement, marketing efforts and construction of the Project. The Village was benefited from a tax incentive program from the local Historic Monuments and Zones Program. This Program seeks to conserve national historic zones and buildings, and the Villa Fernández Paz is protected as a historic building under this Program.
