JOB DESCRIPTION
Integra seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to provide engineering design services for the renovation and new construction of buildings and site infrastructure. The successful candidate for this position will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the design of commercial, institutional, and public buildings and site infrastructure.
Work includes the preparation of engineering studies, analysis, and electrical drawings for the construction of commercial, institutional, and governmental facilities.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation of electrical drawings and specifications for renovation and new construction projects
- Preparation of engineering studies for site and building assessments and recommendations for repairs and upgrades
- Coordinate with clients and sub-consultants to determine project requirements, schedules and deliverables
- Lead and supervisor design engineers and cad technicians for project execution
- Understand design and code requirements to create construction documents
REQUIREMENTS
- Experienced with engineering and design of underground and overhead electrical distribution systems of medium and low voltage.
- Experienced with the National Electrical Code, and other electrical codes and standards.
- Direct project experience in Puerto Rico is preferred.
- BS in Electrical Engineering required.
- Minimum 2 years of electrical commercial and institutional building systems experience.
- Knowledge in AutoCAD, MS Office.
- BS in Electrical Engineering
- Fully bilingual (good oral and written communication skills in both English & Spanish) preferred.
