JOB DESCIPTION
This position requires a highly motivated self-driven individual with a positive attitude, quality, and time oriented with strong organizational skills. The position will work closely with senior staff, consultants and clients requiring strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
The senior architect will be responsible for design development and will lead projects from concept design through a successful project completion. The senior architect must be capable of coordinating all project related trades for quality of deliverables and to obtain most cost effective and sustainable solutions for clients and the project.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate should be proficient in English and Spanish and knowledgeable of sustainability concepts, construction procedures, zoning, landmarks and building codes.
The candidate should have minimum of 10-year overall experience and with at least 3-5 years as senior architect leading projects.
Candidate must be a registered architect, hold an NCARB record, and be a member of the CAAPPR. Expertise in either Autocad or Revit required and working knowledge in software programs such as Word, Excel, MS Project, Sketch-up, Photoshop, Illustrator, 3-D computer rendering, and digital modelling is required.
