JRC Management Consultants Corp. and Affiliates, through the consulting firm Integra Design Group, PSC proposes the development of Berwind City Towers, a residential complex in Lots 1 & 2 of Finca Berwind, located in Ramal Este, Carr. PR-8 in San Juan, Puerto Rico. It also proposes the development of the urbanization works of the rest of the Berwind Estate, thus complying with the guidelines set forth in the Request For Proposals (RFP) issued by the Puerto Rico Department of Housing on February 14, 2006. The Berwind City and the Berwind Estate development works have been carefully designed to maximize the positive marks that are exerted in this sensitive and influential sector of the Metropolitan Area, while optimizing the intervention in the surrounding urban environment. Our proposal for the development of housing units at Finca Berwind in San Juan promotes the following benefits, among others:
– It responds to the particular interest of people to return to the Urban Centers with the objective of taking advantage of the existing infrastructure, security, accessibility and comfort that this lifestyle offers.
