The CLT Development Center was created in 2019 by the City of Charlotte to provide a “one-stop-shop” where private land developers and builders could discuss new real estate projects. With collaboration and technology top of mind, Integra designed an open-office concept with touch-enabled screens, a room reservation system, white noise for privacy and acoustics, and a programmable lighting system.
