Project Description

As an architectural and engineering design firm we have adopted environmentally responsible practices and technologies into our projects, including our own office headquarters. The growth of our company brought the opportunity to search for a new, efficient and effective office space, where we could pursue a LEED Silver certification. Although, not just to create a commercial interior in Puerto Rico to demonstrate our commitment to the local environment preservation, but also to sought after our team members’ comfort by incorporating ergonomic strategies, preserving indoor air quality, providing an open space for all design teams to collaborate easily, and selecting a site near public transportation stops, recreational facilities and community services. Currently, our headquarter is in the final phase of submitting documentation for achieving a LEED Silver Certification.
