Project Description

Design of a mid-rise residential condominium complex. The project is distributed into eight residential cores from six to eight stories each, totaling 76 dwelling units, separate recreational facilities and parking. The project required zoning changes and variations to applicable rulings. It also demanded major site (civil) planning, being located in a mountain-site lot. Integra Design performed all permit procurement and design duties and IG Builders is managed the construction.
