The project consists of a completed bicycle circuit and pedestrian area along a corridor of approximately 1.4 miles. This circuit connects Luis Muñoz Rivera Park, Condado Lagoon, the Convention District, Baldorioty de Castro Boulevard, and Central Park of San Juan.
Design elements implemented by the Municipality of San Juan (MASJ) include mobility, urban landscaping, and sustainable infrastructure. A safe, accessible promenade has been created between green areas such as Luis Muñoz Rivera Park and Central Park. The proposed lighting is high-efficiency throughout the promenade and includes bike stations, signage, and other components. Additionally, logistics and operations around this corridor were carefully considered to ensure that all existing elements are integrated in a planned and cohesive manner.
