The Project consisted of the master planning and design of a residential development of approximately 2,000 dwelling units for improving the living conditions of La Barquita Community. The project is a government initiative to provide adequate and safe housing for an impoverished community which currently is distributed among the flooding zone of the riverbed of the Ozama River.
