The Project consists of the development of an Infrastructure Master Plan for the transportation, potable water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, electrical distribution and telecommunications systems that will serve the future development of the former Roosevelt Roads Naval Base. An analysis of the existing conditions of the infrastructure systems was performed to propose improvements for each infrastructure system. Some of the performed tasks include:
1. Assessment of the infrastructure systems
2. Analysis and evaluation of the infrastructure systems
3. Schematic design for the infrastructure systems
4. Preparation of design guidelines
5. Preparation of technical specifications and recommendations
6. Management and planning meetings
7. Preparation of construction costs estimates for the planned improvements
