Javier Enrique Ramos Hernández is the Transportation Sector Lead at Integra Design Group, PSC. He holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus, and a master's degree in project management from OBS Business School in Spain. Javier began his career as a Peace Corps volunteer in Ecuador, where he developed rural infrastructure projects. He has held significant roles in both the private and public sectors, including positions at Barrett Hale & Alamo, CSA Group, and the Puerto Rico Highways and Transportation Authority, where he served as Executive Director.
Javier is actively involved in professional and community organizations, having served as President of the College of Engineers and Surveyors of Puerto Rico in 2019 and as a board member of the ESCAPE Family Strengthening Center. His extensive experience includes designing and managing transportation projects, optimizing infrastructure development, and advocating for child abuse and domestic violence prevention. Married for over 30 years, Javier is a dedicated family man with three daughters and a grandson.
