José C. Marrero is a Professional Civil Engineer that has over 9 year of experience in a wide variety of projects. Ing. Marrero joined Integra in 2018 and had been responsible of performing, inspect and/or assist on management projects, site assessments, structural inspections, permits, wastewater treatment plant designs, among others. Although skilled in multiple disciplines, his strongest qualities are towards drinking water and wastewater plant design and retrofit. Also pocessess strong skills in pump stations, hydraulics and P&IDs.

José C. Marrero holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico, San Juan Campus. Also, Ing. Marrero pocessess a wastewater operator 4 license granted by the state departed. Prior to joining Integra, he worked as a Civil/Environmental Engineer at CMA Architects & Engineers, LLC from 2015 to 2018, where he contributed to majorly on permits, wastewater treatment plant designs, hydrologic and hydraulic studies, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans, among others.
