Norberto Guzman, RA, is the Director of Construction Administration and Inspections at Integra Design Group, where he has worked for the past 5 years. With over 25 years of experience in the architectural field, Norberto has a strong educational background, holding a master’s degree in architecture and a bachelor’s degree in environmental design from the University of Puerto Rico.

As a licensed architect in Puerto Rico, Norberto brings expertise in various areas, including construction management, supervision, inspection, interior design, and urban design. His responsibilities encompass overseeing different development phases, providing real estate feasibility consulting, budget development, cost estimates, bid process management, contract negotiations, and construction expertise.

Norberto excels at project management, serving as an owner's representative to ensure quality, timely completion, adherence to schedule, and budget compliance.
